Money Smarts is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to strengthen relationships with Sales teams, maximizing revenue potential. This position offers commission-based compensation with incentives like 401K and medical savings plans.

Salary: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Venue sponsorship sales experience required
• Strong understanding of Money Smarts venue and facility operations
• Ability to work independently with strong entrepreneurial skills

Responsibilities:

• Guide sponsorship sales to enhance Money Smarts venues
• Define company’s approach in Money Smarts vertical
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities
• Develop metrics for team growth and performance
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends
