Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set and achieve company goals.
• Manage and optimize the performance of the production, broadcasting, and digital teams.
• Implement best practices for process improvement, quality assurance, and cost control.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance audience engagement and market share.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
• Strong understanding of broadcasting, digital media, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience in managing budgets, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
