We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and drive operational excellence across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set and achieve company goals.
- Manage and optimize the performance of the production, broadcasting, and digital teams.
- Implement best practices for process improvement, quality assurance, and cost control.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance audience engagement and market share.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
- Strong understanding of broadcasting, digital media, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Experience in managing budgets, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
