Job Description:

Dakdan Worldwide is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) Sales Leader. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dakdan Worldwide’s relationship with the sales teams by providing high-level leadership. Additionally, the COO is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals. The COO will work with a Dakdan Worldwide team and report directly to the President.

This is a performance-based (commission only) position, so please apply only if you have what it takes to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn this working from their home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.

Compensation:

• Performance-based (commission only)
• Plus 401K and medical savings plan
• Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venues
• Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the vertical
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities
• Increase team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including a good understanding of working with venues
• Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
• Manage data on the consumption of company products
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Requirements:

• Venue sponsorship sales experience
• Complete understanding of venue and facility operations
• Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
• Great work ethic and entrepreneurial skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
