Job Description:
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer Sales Leader to enhance relationships with the sales teams through exemplary leadership. This role is pivotal in maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives within Ride Fear Free. Reporting directly to the President, the COO will collaborate closely with the Ride Fear Free team.
This is a performance-based, commission-only position offering significant earning potential, with the possibility to earn a substantial six-figure income from a home office. Candidates who have been unemployed for more than six months and can work remotely are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes performance-based incentives, plus a 401K and medical savings plan.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venue partnerships.
- Define the company’s strategic approach and focus in the vertical market.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Enhance team effectiveness through innovative approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, with a focus on venue operations.
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data on product consumption within the company.
- Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals.
- Ensure clients receive top-tier sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in venue sponsorship sales.
- Thorough understanding of venue and facility operations.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
