Job Description: Chief Operations Officer (COO) Sales Leader
Fanz Entertainment is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) Sales Leader. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Fanz Entertainment’s relationships with sales teams by providing exceptional leadership. The COO is also accountable for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the Fanz Entertainment team. Reporting directly to the President, the COO will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and fostering a culture of success.
This is a performance-based (commission only) position. Don’t apply unless you have what it takes to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from a home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work remotely.
Compensation: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venues and enhance revenue streams.
- Define strategic directions in the sales vertical.
- Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
- Innovate sales approaches to maximize team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service excellence, focusing on venue operations.
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, delivering comprehensive reports as required.
- Craft compelling sales presentations integrating market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, recommending optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to product consumption effectively.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Ensure clients receive top-tier sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in venue sponsorship sales is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of venue and facility operations.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media engagement, and data mining.
- Exceptional work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
