Company Overview: Join our dynamic team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mobile Hwy Advertising, a leader in the out-of-home advertising industry. This role is crucial to overseeing our operational efficiency and driving sustainable growth.
Job Description: As our COO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s day-to-day operations and collaborating closely with our senior management team. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and offers a performance-based commission structure along with stock options, a 401(k), and health savings plan after 120 days.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth.
- Goal Setting: Set comprehensive goals for performance and oversee their achievement.
- Culture and Vision: Establish policies that promote company culture and align with our vision.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations across departments (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate employees to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate company performance by analyzing data and metrics.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business performance to the CEO.
- Fundraising Support: Assist the CEO in fundraising efforts and expansion activities.
- Partnership Management: Manage relationships with partners and vendors to enhance business outcomes.
Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a relevant leadership role.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Fundraising Skills: Experience in fundraising initiatives is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT/business infrastructure and MS Office suite.
- Leadership Qualities: Outstanding organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Decision-Making: Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
