**Position Overview:**
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening Fanz Entertainment’s relationships with our clients, advertisers, and VP’s, while maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you’ll lead our marketing division and drive success in the advertising field.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Utilize your advertising and marketing knowledge to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales, driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships.
– Define Fanz Entertainment’s strategic approach within the advertising vertical, identifying and prioritizing business opportunities to drive growth and success.
– Identify and prioritize business opportunities, recognizing opportunities for new approaches to increase the effectiveness of our sales team.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
– Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies to drive impactful solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
– Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize media solutions, ensuring maximum effectiveness and ROI.
– Manage data effectively to drive consumption of Fanz Entertainment’s products and services within the advertising industry.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in the advertising industry, with a strong background in agencies, Fortune 500 companies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
– Complete understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry, including market trends and best practices.
– Proven experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining to drive success in sales.
– Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, and a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, essential for building strong relationships and driving results.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
