Job Description:

Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to strengthen relationships with advertisers and VP’s, maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives. This position reports directly to the CEO and COO, operating within the Ride Fear Free advertising division.

This is a performance-based, commission-only role, offering a substantial six-figure income potential from a home office. Sales associates unemployed for more than six months with home office capabilities are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes incentive stock options, plus a 401K and medical savings plan.

Responsibilities:

• Apply advertising and marketing expertise to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
• Define the company’s strategic approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
• Innovate advertising effectiveness through new approaches.
• Establish best practices for client interaction, sales, and service in the advertising industry.
• Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
• Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize media solutions.
• Manage data on consumption of company products.
• Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals.
• Ensure top-tier sales and operational customer service for clients.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the advertising and sponsorship industry, ideally with Ride Fear Free, agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and corporate sales.
• Thorough understanding of advertising and sponsorship practices.
• Proficiency in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
