Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Job Description:
Join Fanz Entertainment as our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with advertisers and VP’s to maximize revenue potential and achieve sales objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you’ll lead our advertising and sponsorship efforts, driving our company’s growth in the competitive advertising landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Guide media advertising and sponsorship sales with deep industry knowledge and strategic insight.
- Business Development: Define the company’s advertising approach and focus, identifying and prioritizing lucrative business opportunities.
- Innovation: Innovate the advertising industry by exploring new approaches to enhance effectiveness and client engagement.
- Sales Optimization: Develop best practices for client interaction, sales processes, and service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports to senior management.
- Sales Presentations: Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies to drive client engagement and revenue.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize media solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Data Management: Oversee data management related to product consumption, leveraging insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Exceed Goals: Lead the team in surpassing sales, pricing, and yield goals, ensuring high standards of operational and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in advertising and sponsorship sales within Fanz Entertainment’s market, agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
- In-depth Knowledge: Complete understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry landscape, with proven success in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.
Compensation:
- Performance-Based: Commission-only structure with potential for mid to high six-figure income, offering the flexibility to work from a home office.
- Benefits: Incentive stock options, 401K, and medical savings plan available based on performance and tenure.
Salary Range: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
