Job Description: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

ArmSports TV Entertainment is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen ArmSports TV Entertainment’s relationships with advertisers and VP’s, maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the advertising field. The CMO reports directly to the CEO and COO.

This is a performance-based (commission only) job. Only apply if you have the drive to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. This position offers the potential to work remotely from home and includes a performance-based incentive stock option, plus 401K and medical savings plan.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year

Responsibilities:

Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
Identify and prioritize business opportunities to maximize effectiveness.
Innovate within the advertising industry by exploring new approaches.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, leveraging deep industry knowledge.
Establish metrics to measure team growth and performance, providing insightful reports as needed.
Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimized media solutions.
Manage data related to the consumption of company products.
Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational service.
Requirements:

Proven experience in the advertising industry with ArmSports TV Entertainment, agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and corporate sales and sponsorship.
Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship landscape.
Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
