About Us: Tunes On Top is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to strengthen relationships with zoos, advertisers, and VPs, aiming to maximize revenue potential and achieve all sales objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the advertising industry, including zoos, agencies, Fortune 500 companies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
- Complete understanding of advertising and sponsorship practices is essential.
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. They should be self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- The CMO will report directly to the CEO and COO.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
- Define the company’s strategic approach and focus within the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities, enhancing effectiveness through innovative approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery within the advertising industry.
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to client consumption of company products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals individually and for the team, ensuring top-tier customer service.
