We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive team and lead our marketing efforts to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive the development and implementation of brand messaging and positioning.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of sports broadcasting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
