Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Branding Officer (CBO) to join our executive team. The CBO will be responsible for defining, enhancing, and promoting the 360 Sports TV brand, ensuring it resonates with our audience and stands out in a competitive market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management, marketing, and consumer behavior within the sports media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to elevate the 360 Sports TV brand.
- Oversee all brand-related activities, including marketing campaigns, advertising, and public relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
- Lead the development of creative assets, including logos, taglines, and promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute branding initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the branding and marketing teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Represent 360 Sports TV at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably within the media or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
