DreamSpas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Representative to sell advertising space to businesses and individuals. This role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationship with the marketing department and maximize the marketing efforts through effective sales strategies.
Experience: Sales-related experience is required, along with proficiency in sales representative software systems. The ideal Sales Agent will work remotely, possessing strong communication, public speaking, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive techniques to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to tailor solutions effectively.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Proactively reach out to customer leads through various methods, including cold calling.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints swiftly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timelines.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments for streamlined operations.
- Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and provide insightful status reports.
- Supply management with detailed reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and new product/service opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Representative or similar role.
- Solid understanding of sales representative software systems (e.g., Bitrix24).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Marketing or business-related experience preferred.
Additional Information:
- This position is commission-only with incentive stock options, plus 401K and medical savings plan.
- Full-time, Contract position.
