Our Ride Fear Free internship program is designed to guide you step-by-step through the techniques and skills you will employ in your new career as an accounting research expert. This comprehensive program covers a range of essential areas including research project management, database management, data mining, and various accounting disciplines. You will gain proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you will learn about media accounting, event budgeting, inventory management, reporting, and forecasting, along with marketing data. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple departments to forecast budgets and sales for events, catering, digital out-of-home media, sports marketing, golf outings, and fundraisers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing accounting software in Excel and collaborating in Google Sheets.
• Work on projects including database tasks where the value of products offered in each venue will be calculated for potential profit, forecasting, and media value.
• Assist in the management, research, and communication of database construction.
• Maintain a LinkedIn network presence.
• Analyze assets, liabilities, and advertising accounting within projects.
• Create projections for crowdfunding and initiate engines for new product launches.
• Analyze costs associated with media planning and buying.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate majoring in accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, with accurate input and proofing skills.
• Aptitude for math.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Proficiency in Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Slack (teachable).
