Job Description:
Join Teltrans Corp Mobile Hwy Advertising as an integral Account Sales Executive focused on New Business Development within the trucking and out-of-home (OOH) advertising industries. This role requires you to strengthen relationships with established trucking companies, advertisers, and OOH Advertising Agencies by delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales objectives, managing teams, and exceeding goals. Directors report directly to the COO. This is a performance-based, commission-only role suited for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income.
The successful candidate has the potential to earn high six figures working from a home office. This opportunity is also open to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are seeking remote work flexibility. Compensation includes performance-based commission with overrides, plus 401K, medical savings plan, and stock options.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of account executives, leveraging your experience in sales team management.
Utilize your OOH Advertising and marketing expertise to drive and guide media sales strategies.
Define and refine the company’s approach within the OOH advertising vertical.
Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities, pioneering new approaches to enhance advertising effectiveness.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service excellence, drawing on your deep understanding of the advertising industry.
Establish metrics to measure team growth and performance, delivering comprehensive reports as needed.
Create compelling sales presentations using industry trends, case studies, and data analysis to optimize media solutions.
Manage data related to consumer engagement with the company’s products in the sports industry.
Exceed personal and team targets for sales, pricing, and yield while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Proven track record in advertising sales, demonstrating exceptional achievement.
Comprehensive understanding of Out of Home Advertising and Trucking fleet sales operations.
Proficiency in telemarketing, social media strategies, and management experience.
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
