Position Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of the sports apparel industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Sales Development: Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities, presenting ChampionMVP’s products and services to potential clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, acting as the primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
