Job Description:
The Account Executive at ArmSports will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Present and promote ArmSports products and services to current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide clients with product knowledge, technical support, and post-sale follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, ideally within the sports equipment or apparel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports industry.
